Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most products to Motorola within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging, and in undamaged condition.
Special exceptions: Activated phones must be returned in accordance with your wireless carrier's, or its agent's, return policy. These carriers may also charge a Service Cancellation Fee if you cancel the Service Plan Agreement before the expiration of the Minimum Service Commitment specified in your Service Plan Agreement. The amount of this fee, and trial period, if any, vary by carrier. In addition, some carriers and/or their agents may also charge a restocking/handling fee on all Activated Phones that are returned.
CDs or Software delivered physically (i.e., not downloaded, but rather on disk or in another tangible format) must be in the original, unopened packaging with the product seal unbroken. Opened, defective CDs or software may only be exchanged for the same title.
Downloaded software is NOT returnable or refundable.
Defective or damaged products returned after 30 days from the date of purchase will be repaired in accordance with Motorola's Limited Warranty.
When returning merchandise, simply follow the instructions on the Order/Return Form included with your shipment. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back any returned products. For your protection, we recommend you insure your returns. Motorola is not responsible for lost shipments. A credit will be appear 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt. You will be refunded the total amount of the returned item, less shipping and handling from the original shipment.
