Assigning Accounts to Users
Before assigning an account to an enterprise user, make sure that you have assigned the account to their enterprise node. See Assigning Accounts to Enterprise Nodes.
To Assign an Account to a User
- Log in as an enterprise user: you must be a user that has write access to the target user to which you want to assign the account.
- Navigate to the user profile page for the target user, and click the Assign Accounts tab.
- Check one or more check boxes next to the partners that you want to assign to this user.
- Click Assign.
To Unassign an Account from a User
- Log in as an enterprise user: you must be a user that has write access to the target user to which you want to assign the account.
- Navigate to the user profile page for the target user, and click the Current Accounts tab.
- Check one or more check boxes next to the partners that you want to unassign from this user.
- Click Unassign.
To Draw Accounts from the Pool
- Log in as an enterprise user.
- Navigate to your user profile page, and click the Draw Accounts From Pool tab.
- Check one or more check boxes next to the partners that you want to assign to yourself.
- Click Draw From Pool.
To Return Accounts to the Pool
- Log in as an enterprise user.
- Navigate to your user profile page, and click the Current Accounts tab.
- Check one or more check boxes next to the partners that you want to return to the pool.
- Click Decline.
